If you've received a Termination Notice for more than $175 due
to non-payment, you may pay just $175 to maintain or restore service. Funds may
come from E-HEAP or other energy assistance programs, but you may use this
benefit only once between October and April .
Although there is no income requirement to participate, you
must apply for HEAP and enroll in one of the following payment arrangements on
your balance, if eligible:
Payment Plan- Current bill plus one-sixth of the past-due amount
Payment Plan - A nine-month budget bill which includes one-ninth of
past-due amount each month. The plan estimates usage for the nine-month
period and may be adjusted periodically.
One-third Payment Plan - One-third of your total bill including the
of Income Payment Plan Plus (PIPP Plus) - Payment equal to six
percent of your gross monthly income or $10, whichever is greater (new
program effective November 2, 2015, includes arrearage forgiveness when
payment plan amount is received by due date)
PIPP Plus - Arrearage crediting program for former PIPP customers.
In addition to the payment necessary to reconnect service, you
might be required to pay up to the amount of $36 toward the $52 reconnection
fee. The remaining $16 will be due with your first bill. You might also be
required to provide a security deposit, or a creditworthy guarantor in place of
a security deposit. If service is disconnected for 10 business days or less,
reconnection will be scheduled by the end of the next business day. Service
that has been disconnected more than 10 business days will be reconnected
within five business days.

"Start, Stop or Transfer Service", then press 2 for "Otherwise." Enter your
